About Skail
Skail was founded by Matt Osborn. He started to realize how little engagement company social media accounts and email marketing produced.
When he compared the performance of personal social accounts and emails to company-released communications, it became clear that today’s society does not converse with brands; they seek person-to-person interactions.
Skail set out to make it easy for organizations to create, distribute, and communicate their value proposition and stories through individuals close to the organization – not via brand promotion.
The outcome is exponential engagement, reach, and thought leadership.
At Skail, we are flipping the script on marketing. From people empowering a brand, to becoming the power of the brand.
Skail was part of the Spring Cohort 2025.
Skail’s Mission
To create digital clones of ourselves through AI, freeing ourselves from mundane tasks and unlocking unprecedented productivity for a more fulfilling life.
Our Values
People before profits
At Skail, our compass is set on the well-being of our employees and the enduring value we bring to our customers. While profits are essential, they’re not our guiding light. By prioritizing the happiness of our employees and customers, we pave the way for prosperity.
Transparent decision making
At Skail, we champion transparency as a beacon of strength. We have placed trust as our solid foundation to build our business on, which is why we aim to always act with openness and integrity in all of our interactions.
Eliminate the mundane
At our core, we don’t just streamline tasks for our customers – it’s a way of life. We deeply value our time and recognize the distinction between busyness and true productivity. By automating tasks that don’t yield a greater return on investment than the time spent, we empower ourselves and our clients to thrive.
Pioneering the impossible
At Skail, we transcend mere possibility. Immersed in understanding our customers’ needs, we are often captivated by the realm of seemingly impossible challenges. Our unwavering belief in the power of ‘anything is possible’ fuels our relentless pursuit of innovation.
