1. Switch to your email provider

Transition to your email platform Once there, go to your sent folder and look for an email you have sent that embodies the tone you are looking for.
once found, highlight the text of the email and copy it. To copy simply right-click on the highlighted text and select “copy”.

2. You can also use a writing sample from a website or Word document you wrote

Just do the same process of highlighting the content and then right-clicking and selecting “Copy”

3. Click “Writing sample”
