Position: UX/UI Developer

Location: Remote

Compensation: Cash payment and equity in Skail.ai (amount based on experience)

We are currently in the BETA phase of our platform and are seeking a talented UX/UI Developer to help refine and enhance our user experience.

Initial Project:

Your primary focus will be on improving the user experience for our BETA product on the Skail platform. This initial project is relatively small in scope but critical to our product’s success. We envision this as the beginning of a long-term partnership, with opportunities to contribute to web design, feature additions, and overall product expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our product and development teams to enhance the UX/UI of our BETA platform.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with our brand and user needs.
Implement responsive and visually appealing design solutions.
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
Ensure the seamless integration of new features and improvements into the platform.
Provide input and creative ideas for expanding our product offerings and improving user engagement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a UX/UI Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript; familiarity with front-end frameworks is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
